Directions

From 40 West (Wilmington) and 70 West (Goldsboro):

  •  Follow 40 West towards Durham
  • Take US 1 South to Sanford Exit (293-A)
  • Pass Crossroads Exit
  • Pass Cary Parkway Exit
  • Take Tryon Road Exit (98-A)
  • Turn right at light onto Regency Parkway
  • Follow Regency Parkway around to the right when the road splits
  • Amphitheatre is the 2nd entrance on your left.

From Raleigh-Inner beltline:

  •  440 turns into US 1 South, which goes towards Sanford
  • Pass Crossroads Exit
  • Pass Cary Parkway Exit
  • Take Tryon Rd. Exit (98-A)
  • Turn right at light onto Regency Parkway
  • Follow Regency Parkway around to the right when the road splits
  • Amphitheatre is the 2nd entrance on your left

From Cary:

  •  Go down Kildaire Farm Road
  • Turn right onto Tryon Road (Hospital on the right)
  • Take left at light on to Regency Parkway
  • Follow Regency Parkway around to the right when the road splits
  • Amphitheatre is the 2nd entrance on your left

From Chapel Hill and Durham:

  •  Take 40 East towards Raleigh
  • Stay on 40 East, do not exit on to Wade Ave.
  • Take US 1 South to Sanford Exit (293-A)
  • Pass Crossroads Exit
  • Pass Cary Parkway Exit
  • Take Tryon Rd. Exit (98-A)
  • Turn right at light onto Regency Parkway
  • Follow Regency Parkway around to the right when the road splits
  • Amphitheatre is the 2nd entrance on your left

From 64 West (Apex)

  • . 64 West turns into Tryon Road.
  • Pass Exit 404 A & B
  • Take a right at the 1st light on to Regency Parkway
  • Follow Regency Parkway around to the right when the road splits
  • Amphitheatre is the 2nd entrance on your left

From US 1 South (Sanford)

  • Go North on US 1 towards Raleigh
  • Take Tryon Road Exit (98-A)
  • Take first right at the light on to Regency Parkway
  • Follow Regency Parkway around to the right when the road splits
  • Amphitheatre is the 2nd entrance on your left

Koka Booth Amphitheatre is pleased to offer complimentary parking for the majority of events in the venue owned lots located outside the venues main gate/box office. Our parking lots typically open 1 hour prior to show time.

Area businesses may charge patrons to park in their lots and fees may range from $5 – $25. Any parking fee charged by these private vendors are not endorsed by Koka Booth Amphitheatre or the Town of Cary.

Vehicles parked incorrectly or left overnight (not relocated prior to 9 a.m. the following day) may be ticketed or towed at the owners expense.

Helpful Tips:

  • Follow directional signage and please pay attention to parking staff. 
  • Take note of where you parked and what gate you entered through for an easier exit plan.
  • Check the event page on our website on the day of the event for the most updated information on what you are allowed to bring in to the venue.
  • Always have a photo ID with you.
  • Enjoy the show!

Accessible Parking

A limited number of spaces are available in the Accessible parking lot located across from the main gate and box office. A valid accessible hang tag or license plate must be displayed in order to park in this lot. Patrons will be parked on a first come first served basis. This lot is free of charge unless otherwise noted on the event page.

Parking Information

GENERAL PARKING: 

Koka Booth Amphitheatre has approximately 1500 free spaces available.  Parking is free of charge in Amphitheatre-owned lots. Some local businesses may charge a fee for parking in their lots.

PREMIERE PARKING: 

A limited number of Premiere Parking will be available for $25 in advance and will be sold at the event, if spaces are available. Parking spaces will be held closest to the Main gate. Pass Entitles 1 Car to Park in Premiere Parking Section in the FRONT of the Preferred Lot.

Please note: Premiere Parking is not available for all events. Please verfiy by visiting the event webpage you are attending. Premiere Parking will be offered at most concerts & festivals only.

PREFERRED PARKING:

A limted number of Preferred Parking will be available for $20.00 in advance and will be sold at the event, if spaces are available. Parking spaces will be held accross from the Main gate. Pass Entitles 1 Car to Park in the Preferred Parking Section in the BACK of the Preferred Lot.

Please note: Preferred Parking is not available for all events. Please verfiy by visiting the event webpage you are attending. Preferred Parking will be offered at most concerts & festivals only.

Tips:

  • You may purchase a preferred parking pass through the box office in person, by phone thru Etix or online at etix.com.
  • Our parking lots are shared with our Business neighbors therefore only a limited number of parking spaces are available in advance of the Day of the event.
  • Parking lots open 1 hour before venue gates open.
  • Purchasing a Parking Pass is NOT a ticket for the event, and is not valid for entry into the event.
  • Please present your Parking Pass upon arrival.

Passenger Bus Parking

We can accommodate Bus Parking during the NC Chinese Lantern Festival only.  When possible please call ahead 919-462-2025 and let us know what night you are attending.

Ride Share

Drop off & Pick Up Zone

If using Taxi Service/ Uber / Lyft or dropping of a friend/family member

Koka Booth Amphitheatre has a DESIGNATED drop off & pick up area for patrons using a Ride Share  service. For the safety of all patrons please follow the signs to this designated area when arriving at the venue. Please do not drop off or pick up in any other areas.

Vehicles parked incorrectly or left overnight (not relocated prior to 9 a.m. the following day) may be ticketed or towed at the owners expense.

RV Parking

We cannot accommodate RV Parking.

Tailgating

We know that part of your event experience may be mingling with friends in the parking lot.

  • Tailgating must be confined to the rear of your vehicle and not interfere with the parking of other vehicles.
  • Tents and canopies are not permitted.
  • No grilling allowed in venue parking lots.  Due to the risk, no open flame fires, charcoal and/or gas grills are prohibited.
  • We ask that you help keep the parking lot clean and use our trash cans and recycle bins provided near the venue gates.
