Can non-profit groups work to raise money?
The venue does not offer opportunities for non-profit groups. However, the venue concessionaire, Classic Sports Catering does offer nonprofit organizations that retains a 501 C (3) Status to volunteer to raise funds. How often will part-time employees’ work?
Part-time employees are scheduled based on the events scheduled at Koka Booth Amphitheatre. The number of scheduled events varies from month to month. Events are held April 1 – mid-January. However, some positions, namely Operations, may require you to be scheduled year-round depending on the workload. There is no guarantee of hours or schedules.
Is the venue open during inclement weather?
As an outdoor venue, events do occur rain or shine. The venue does make allowances should the weather become dangerous for our guests and staff.
What are the hours expected for work?
Hours vary by department and the start time of the event.
What is the minimum age requirement?
Employees must be 18 years of age for most jobs. See job descriptions for age requirements.
When are applications accepted?
Applications are accepted online only when positions are available. Please refer to the "Available Positions" section.

Which departments hire part-time staff?
Operations, Box Office, Parking Services, and Merchandise Sales. Applicants interested in Food & Beverage positions should reach out directly to our concessionaire Classic Sports Catering.
