New Flavors Light Up the Festival!
This season, the NC Chinese Lantern Festival is serving up something as vibrant as the lanterns themselves. The Lantern Street Café brings the flavors of Asian night markets to the festival grounds. Start with Loaded Fries topped with queso, sweet chili, scallions, and furikake, or grab a quick Shanghai Street Dog. Comfort comes in the form of Char Siu Pork Rice Bowl and Silk Road Miso Ramen, while adventurous eaters can dig into the Dragon Fire Chicken Sandwich on a sweet donut bun or share Golden Tempura Shrimp and Imperial Crab Rangoon. Save room for Chinese Donuts with cinnamon sugar, and warm up with a Spiked Hot Chocolate as you take in the glow.
The Lantern Street Café is located on the Lowes Foods Front Porch and open nightly. This concession features food and a wide variety of Pepsi products, cocktails, beer and wine.
The Cobblestone Courtyard is located just inside the path from the main gate. This location features food and a wide variety of Pepsi products, cocktails, beer and wine.
