Bag Policy

We pride ourselves on bringing a wide variety of events to Cary, NC!  What our guests are allowed to bring into each event varies from event to event.   Please review each event page before attending each event!

Guests can bring the following items to this event:

  • Clear bags only no larger than 12" x12" x 9"
  • Small Clutch purses no larger than 4.5” x 6.5 “

Beer Tickets & Food

  • Koka Booth Amphitheatre is a CASHLESS venue. 
  • ALL drinks (i.e, beer, wine, Pepsi products, Aquafina) and brats must be purchased with tickets available for sale at designated locations via Credit Card ONLY
  • Beer Samplers:  $32.50 for unlimited 5-ounce tastings
  • Beer (16-ounce) and Wine (8-ounce):  $6.50 each
  • Soft Drinks and Water:  $2.50 each
  • Brats: $8 with sauerkraut, chopped onions, and Bone Suckin’ Sauce Mustards
  • Kids Meal:  $6 for 2 hot dogs and chips
  • Food from Capital Club 16, Annelore’s German Bakery, and the Crescent Café must be purchased directly from these vendors via Credit Card ONLY
  • Glass is NOT permitted at Koka Booth Amphitheatre.  Sorry . . . please leave your traditional glass and ceramic steins at home
  • Must have valid 21 and older ID to purchase beer tickets.

Entry & Security Screening

Koka Booth Amphitheatre has enhanced its public safety policies including a bag policy, metal detectors for entry, and enhanced cleaning protocols.  Town of Cary Police and specially trained medical service providers from Rex Healthcare’s Emergency Response Team will be on-site to handle medical emergencies.

  • All guests pass through metal detectors for most events. If metal detectors are not in use, security will be wanding individuals.
  • All bags are subject to search.  Please see our Bag Policy for detailed information. 

Items Allowed

What our guests are allowed to bring into each event varies from event to event.   Please review each event page before attending each event!

Guests can bring the following items to this event:

  • Clear bags no larger than 12" x12" x 9"
  • Small Clutch purses no larger than 4.5” x 6.5 “ 
  • Factory-sealed plastic bottles of water (1 per person). 
    • No glass/cans/flavored water  
  • Empty reusable non-glass water bottle up to 1 Liter. 
    • Water Fill Stations located in the Cobblestone Courtyard and all restrooms. 
  • Lawn chairs:
    • No Footrest, Canopy, Lounge, Tri-Fold or Swinging Chairs.
    • Please remove the chair from the bags at the security checkpoint.
  • Rain Coats
  • Ponchos
  • Small non-professional cameras with no flash
  • Strollers

All small clutches & clear bags are subject to search.

Items Prohibited

  • Balloons, Banners & Signs
  • Bikes/skateboards/Inline Skates
  • Blankets, Towels, Mats of any kind or Size
  • Brochures/Stickers/Handouts
  • Confetti/Glitter
  • Coolers 
  • Drones
  • Fireworks/Sparklers of any kind
  • Food & Beverages
  • Glass is NOT permitted. Please leave your traditional glass and ceramic steins at home.
  • Go Pros, Audio or video recorders
  • Grills & Open Flames (inside or outside the venue)
  • Hula Hoops
  • Illegal Drugs
  • Laser Pointers
  • Pets of any kind (Unless it’s a service Animal or A Weiner Dog register for the Races)
  • Professional cameras with detachable lenses
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Tablets of any kind
  • Tarps & Plastic sheeting
  • Tents/Staking
  • Umbrellas of any size
  • Wagons/Carts
  • Weapons of Any Kind (Include but not limited to knives, guns, tasers, chains, studded/spiked jewelry)

Parking & Ride Share Information

Parking including accessible spaces are available in venue owned lots outside the main gate / box office for $5 per vehicle to help support the charitable nature of the event.  Volunteer event organizers ask attendees to drink responsibility.  Please choose a Designated Driver or Uber / Lyft rideshare option.  

RIDESHARE:

If using a taxi or Uber, please instruct your Uber, Lyft, or Taxi driver to follow the Drop off & Pick Up signs upon arrival.

FRIDAY 5pm - 10pm Session:

Ages 16 & Up

  • $20.00* in advance of the date you attend.
  • $25.00* if purchased on the date you attend.
  • Kids 15 & under are free and do not need a ticket. 

Senior 60+/Military

  • $15.00 * in advance of the date you attend.
  • $20.00* if purchased on the date you attend.
  • Kids 15 & under are free and do not need a ticket. 

SATURDAY - ALL DAY TICKET (12pm-8pm)

Ages 16 & Up

  • $25.00* in advance of the date you attend.
  • $30.00* if purchased on the date you attend.
  • Kids 15 & under are free and do not need a ticket. 

Senior 60+/Military

  • $20.00* in advance of the date you attend.
  • $25.00* if purchased on the date you attend.
  • Kids 15 & under are free and do not need a ticket. 

SATURDAY 4pm - 8pm Session

NO REFUNDS | NO EXCHANGES | NO UPGRADES

  • We strongly encourage purchasing tickets online before the event.  Tickets may not be available on the day of the event.   
  • Koka Booth Amphitheatre is a CASHLESS Venue.
  • Tasting ticket prices (all sessions) will increase on the day of the event.

  • Advance Sales: The Box Office is open for limited hours please check out the Box Office page for normal hours of operation.  

    • Purchasing in person at the Box Office a 3% processing fee will be added to the ticket price.
  • Friday's Event Box Office hours will be 4pm - 8:30pm.
  • Saturday's Event Box Office hours will be 11am - 6pm. 
  • Taxes: Tickets for Booth Amphitheatre events are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices include a 7.25% NC Sales & Use tax
  • *Fees: When ordering Online or by Phone through Etix additional fees will be added on top of the ticket price. A $2.50 order fee will be added to each order.
