Please note:

  • We strongly encourage purchasing tickets online before the event.  Tickets may not be available on the day of the event.   
  • Koka Booth Amphitheatre is a CASHLESS Venue.
  • Tasting ticket prices (all sessions) will increase on the day of the event.
    • Must have a valid ID for 21 and older ID to purchase beer tickets.

  • Weiner Dog registrations on EVENT DAY, Saturday, October 7th will require purchase of an Entry Ticket. 
  • Re-Entry. You can come and go, just make sure you get your hand stamped at the exit. 
  • Last Call is 20 minutes till the end of the event. We stop pouring alcohol at 15 minutes prior to the end of the event.
  • The Box Office is open for limited hours during the week for advance sales. Please check out the Box Office page for normal hours of operation.  
  • Taxes: Tickets for Koka Booth Amphitheatre events are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Taxes will be added on top of the posted ticket prices.
  • Fees:
    • When ordering Online or by Phone through Etix additional fees will be added on top of the ticket price. A $2.50 order fee will be added to each order.
    • When purchasing in person at the Box Office a 3% processing fee, plus taxes will be added on top of the ticket price.

Bag Policy

We pride ourselves on bringing a wide variety of events to Cary, NC!  What our guests are allowed to bring into each event varies from event to event.   Please review each event page before attending each event!

Guests can bring the following items to this event:

  • Clear bags only no larger than 12" x12" x 9".
  • Small Clutch purses no larger than 4.5” x 6.5 “.
  • Medical and parenting bags are allowed.

What our guests are allowed to bring into each event varies from event to event.   Please review each event page before attending each event!

Guests can bring the following items to this event:

  • Clear bags no larger than 12" x12" x 9"
  • Small Clutch purses no larger than 4.5” x 6.5 “ 
  • Factory-sealed plastic bottles of water (1 per person). 
    • No glass/cans/flavored water  
  • Empty reusable non-glass water bottle up to 1 Liter. 
    • Water Fill Stations located in the Cobblestone Courtyard and all restrooms. 
  • Lawn chairs:
    • No Footrest, Canopy, Lounge, Tri-Fold or Swinging Chairs.
    • Please remove the chair from the bags at the security checkpoint.
  • Rain Coats
  • Ponchos
  • Small non-professional cameras with no flash
  • Strollers
  • Umbrellas of any size

All small clutches & clear bags are subject to search.

  • Bikes/skateboards/Inline Skates
  • Blankets, Towels, Mats of any kind or Size

  • Glass is NOT permitted. Please leave your traditional glass and ceramic steins at home.

  • Grills & Open Flames (inside or outside the venue)

  • Laser Pointers
  • Pets of any kind (Unless it’s a service Animal or A Weiner Dog register for the Races)
  • Professional cameras with detachable lenses

  • Tablets of any kind
  • Tarps & Plastic sheeting
  • Tents/Staking
  • Wagons/Carts
  • Weapons of Any Kind (Include but not limited to knives, guns, tasers, chains, studded/spiked jewelry)

Parking Information

GENERAL PARKING: Parking is free of charge in the Amphitheatre-owned lots. Some local businesses may charge a fee for parking in their lots.

PREFERRED PARKING: A limited number of PREFERRED parking spaces are available for purchase in advance and on the day of the event, if spaces are available. Preferred Parking is $20 per vehicle.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING: A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis with the proper hang tag or license plate.

DROP OFF & PICK-UP AREA: If using a taxi, Uber, etc please follow the signs & our Parking Staff to the drop-off/pick-up area.

Weiner Dogs Allowed

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 6TH: 
Free event entry included for 1 adult for each weiner dog. Additional adults must purchase a separate event ticket. Kids under 15 are free. There will not be wiener dog races on Friday but the racecourse will be set up for informal practice.  There will also be a wiener dog parade on Friday night so costumes are encouraged.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 7TH:  WEINER DOG RACES ARE ON SATURDAY ONLY! REGISTRATION REQUIRED. 

  • Click HERE to download the Registration Form.
  • Complete and email to Steve Purucker’s email at puruckersteve@gmail.com with proof of current vaccinations and photo of dog.
  • No registration fee is required.
  • Free event entry included for 1 adult for each dog registered. Additional adults must purchase a separate event ticket. Kids under 15 are free.
  • Separate registration form required for each dog.
  • Advance registration deadline is Saturday, October 7 at 12:00pm.
  • Registrations on EVENT DAY, Saturday, October 7th will require purchase of an Entry Ticket. 

Owners must be keep their dogs on a leash and pick-up after their business. 


WIENER DOG RACE DETAILS

  • Check-in at the race arena located on the right side of the Lowes Foods Front Porch.
  • Dogs will run in heats until all registered competitors have raced.
  • The winners of the heats will race in the final heat.
  • Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers.

WIENER DOG PARADE

A Best Dressed Dachshund contest and parade will be held after the 2:00 PM race and the 5:00 PM race. Prizes will be awarded.
