Event Information
The NC Wine Festival Presented by Food Lion at Koka Booth Amphitheatre in Cary will have over 100 wineries to sample, live entertainment from Chairmen of the Board, and more!
For over 20 years the North Carolina Wine Festival has been bringing you local North Carolina wineries, artisans, music, food, and fun! Join us on October 16th at Koka Booth Amphitheatre in Cary, NC! Admission also includes Live entertainment from Chairmen of the Board, The Shakedown, and Jason Adamo Band!
VIP TICKET (Limited Availability): Social House Vodka VIP Ticket includes early access at 11 AM, sampling of wine with a commemorative wine glass, access to VIP Deck with heavy hors d’ oeuvres from Backyard Bistro from Noon till 5 pm, special cocktails from Social House Vodka, special cocktails and exclusive wines. Live entertainment all day.
GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET: General Admission ticket includes a sampling of wines with a commemorative wine glass and live entertainment until 6 pm. Gates open at 12 PM!

A small fee will be added to the prices when paying by credit or debit card. Cardholders must be present with a valid photo ID when paying at the venue Box Office with a credit or debit card.
Tickets for Koka Booth Amphitheatre events are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices include a 7.25% NC Sales & Use tax.

Booth Amphitheatre prides itself on bringing a wide variety of events to Cary, NC! What our guests are allowed to bring into each event varies from event to event. Please review each event page before attending each event!
Guests can bring the following items to this Festival:
- 12" x12" x 9" Clear bags
- Blankets & Towels
- Factory-sealed plastic bottles of water (1 per person).
- No glass/cans/flavored water
- Lawn chairs:
- Please remove the chair from the bag at the security checkpoint
- No footrest or canopy
- No lounge or tri-fold chairs
- Small Clutch purses no larger than 4.5” x 6.5 “
- Rain Coats & Ponchos
- Strollers
- Umbrellas
- Hand sanitizer
- Empty reusable bottles- Water fill stations available in the Cobblestone Courtyard
All small clutches & clear bags are subject to search.
Items Prohibited
Prohibited items MUST be returned to the guest's vehicle before entering.

- Bags & Backpacks (Please see our clear bag policy)
- Carts/Wagons
- Coolers
- Drones
- Fireworks/Sparklers of any kind
- Frisbees, soccer balls, and all sporting equipment.
- Go Pros, Audio or video recorders
- Grills & Open Flames (inside or outside the venue)
- Liquor
- Mats of any kind, including Yoga mats
- Pets of any kind (Unless it’s a Service Animal)
- Tables of any kind
- Tablets of any kind
- Tents/Staking
- Tarps, Plastic, Blankets with Nylon or Non-Breathable material
- Professional cameras with detachable lenses
- Wagons/Carts
- Weapons of Any Kind (Include but not limited to knives, guns, tasers, chains, studded/spiked jewelry)
Parking Info
GENERAL PARKING: Parking is free of charge in Amphitheatre-owned lots. Some local businesses may charge a fee for parking in their lots.
PREFERRED PARKING: A limited number of PREFERRED parking spaces are available for $15.00 per car in advance or $20.00 on the day of the event.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING: A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis with the proper hang tag or license plate.
DROP OFF & PICK-UP AREA: If using a taxi, Uber, etc please follow the signs & our Parking Staff to the drop-off/pick-up area.
Vehicles parked incorrectly or left overnight (not relocated prior to 9 a.m. the following day) may be ticketed or towed at the owners expense.
Purchasing Tickets
We strongly encourage purchasing tickets online before the event. Tickets may not be available on the day/night of the event.
The Box Office will be open on the day of this event at 10:30 am to purchase VIP Session tickets only (if available)
General Admission session tickets will be available for purchase beginning at noon.
Venue Policies
FACE COVERINGS:
Koka Booth Amphitheatre continues to make the safety of our guests and staff our highest priority. We continuously monitor and update our protocols based on federal, state, and local guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19. We also take into consideration the safety protocols and procedures requested by our visiting artists, promoters, and crews.
Masks are not currently required in outdoor settings in Cary but are strongly encouraged in situations where social distancing is difficult to maintain. Masks will be required when visiting the restroom facilities on site, in accordance with local mandates for masking in indoor or enclosed spaces, so please bring your masks.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
Koka Booth Amphitheatre has enhanced its public safety policy to include a clear bag policy. Clear bags are easily searched and significantly reduce faulty bag searches. They also support the Department of Homeland Security's "If You See Something, Say Something" campaign. Our goal is to create a safe experience for all guests and staff.
Box Office Event Hours

CHILDREN:
Children are welcome for this event, however kids activities will NOT be provided.
- For the VIP session Children ages 9 & under are free.
- For the GA session Children 15 & under are free.
- All other ages must have a ticket.
