For over 20 years the North Carolina Wine Festival has been bringing you local North Carolina wineries, artisans, music, food trucks and fun! Join us October 19, 2024 at Koka Booth Amphitheatre in Cary! Choose from General Admission to the special limited number of VIP Tickets. VIP includes lunch served to each guest with lunch ticket provided and apps, and specialty wines from Biltmore Winery! Live entertainment from Tell Me Lies “The Fleetwood Mac Experience” and Chairmen of the Board!

Kids 15 and under are FREE for the General Admission (GA) session and do not need a ticket.

Ages 10-20 must pay is $25 (plus taxes & fees) to enter the VIP area.

Re-Entry. You can come and go, just make sure you get your hand stamped at the exit.
- We strongly encourage purchasing tickets online before the event. Tickets may not be available on the day of the event.
- Koka Booth Amphitheatre is a cashless venue. There are no ATM's onsite. All major debit and credit cards are accepted at all points of sale. Contactless transactions can also be made using Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.
- Advance Sales: The Box Office is open for limited hours during the week. Please check out the Box Office page for normal hours of operation.
- Purchasing in person at the Box Office a 3% processing fee will be added to the ticket price.
- Taxes: Tickets for Koka Booth Amphitheatre events are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Taxes will be added on top of the posted ticket prices.
- Fees:
- When ordering Online or by Phone through Etix additional fees will be added on top of the ticket price. A $2.50 order fee will be added to each order.
- When purchasing in person at the Box Office a 3% processing fee.

Bag Policy
Koka Booth Amphitheatre has enhanced it's public safety policy to include a clear bag policy.
Allowed:
- Bags 6"x 8" or smaller are permitted.
- Clear bag that does not exceed 12" x12" x 9".
- Medical and parenting bags.
All bags are subject to search.
Items Allowed
What our guests are allowed to bring into each event varies from event to event. Please review each event page before attending each event.
Guests can bring the following items to this Festival:
- Small wallet size clutch purse no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" (about the size of a hand)
- Clear bag that does not exceed 12" x12" x 9"
- Blankets & Towels
- Empty reusable bottles- Water fill stations available in the Cobblestone Courtyard
- Factory-sealed plastic bottles of water (1 per person).
- No glass/cans/flavored water
- Lawn chairs:
- Please remove the chair from the bag at the security checkpoint
- No footrest or canopy
- No lounge or tri-fold chairs
- Rain Coats & Ponchos
- Strollers
- Tablets
- Umbrellas
All bags are subject to search.
Small non-professional cameras are allowed.
Items Prohibited
Prohibited items MUST be returned to the guest's vehicle before entering.

- Bags & Backpacks (Please see our clear bag policy)
- Coolers
- Drones
- Fireworks/Sparklers of any kind
- Food
- Frisbees, soccer balls, and all sporting equipment
- Go Pros, Audio or video recorders
- Grills & Open Flames (inside or outside the venue)
- Mats of any kind, including Yoga mats
- Pets of any kind (Unless it is a Service Animal)
- Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not Service Animals as defined by the 2010 ADA Guidelines and are NOT allowed. More information may be found here.

- Tents/Staking
- Professional cameras with detachable lenses
- Wagons
- Weapons of Any Kind (Include but not limited to knives, guns, mace, tasers, chains, studded/spiked jewelry)
Kids Tickets
Children are welcome, however kids activities will NOT be provided. Children ages 15 & under are free for the GA session at 12pm and do not need a ticket.

- Last Call will be at 4:30pm.
- The last pour will be 4:40pm.
Parking Information
GENERAL PARKING: Parking is free of charge in the Amphitheatre-owned lots. Some local businesses may charge a fee for parking in their lots.
PREFERRED PARKING: A limited number of PREFERRED parking spaces are available for $20.00 in advance & on the day of the event (if available).
ACCESSIBLE PARKING: A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis with the proper hang tag or license plate.
DROP OFF & PICK-UP AREA: If using a taxi, Uber, etc please follow the signs & our Parking Staff to the drop-off/pick-up area. Rideshare Address: 11000 Regency Parkway Cary, NC 27518
If using Taxi Service/ Uber / Lyft or dropping off a friend/family member; Koka Booth Amphitheatre has a DESIGNATED drop off & pick up area. For the safety of all patrons please follow the signs to this designated area when arriving at the venue. Please do not drop off or pick up in any other areas.

VIP Ticket includes:

VIP Ticket includes sampling of wine with commemorative wine glass, access to VIP area with lunch served from 11am-3pm (must give lunch ticket to redeem for lunch plate), apps served from Noon-4pm, special wines from Biltmore Winery and live entertainment all day. Early Access to the festival starting at 11am!
VIP SESSION Designated Driver Tickets are available on the day of the event at the box office.
