Event Information

Weather Policy

All events are rain or shine.

Rain coats and ponchos are allowed for all events.  Umbrellas are not allowed for most events.  Please check the Items Allowed/Prohibited on the specific event page you are attending to see if umbrellas are allowed.

In the event of severe weather conditions (thunder/lightning, etc.) announcements will be made from the stage concerning the status of the event due to weather conditions. We ask all patrons to remain calm and listen for these announcements.

Information will be posted on the Amphitheatre Facebook and Twitter pages, at www.boothamphitheatre.com or call our weather Hotline at 919-459-8332 for updates before & during the event.

In the event of a weather delay please listen for the air horn in the parking lot as signal it is safe to re-enter the venue.  Please keep your ticket & have it ready when re-entering the gate.  Venue policy is no refunds or exchanges in the event of rain.

Food & Beverage Policy

For this event, guests are allowed to bring in food, and non-alcoholic beverages. 

All items must fit in a clear bag or clear cooler no larger than 12" x 12" x 9". 

Concessions will be open selling a variety of food and beverages during each event.  You can see a list of offerings on our Crescent Cafe menu.

Restaurant partners will be available to pre-order food and have it ready upon your arrival. Order from one of our Picnic in the Park partners!

Into The Fog is a genre-jumping string band located in Raleigh, North Carolina. With various backgrounds ranging from bluegrass, country, rock, to funk, Into The Fog creates a musical melting pot of sounds in an acoustic/newgrass setting. The band is made up of Brian Stephenson on Vocals and Guitar, Winston Mitchell on Vocals and Dobro/Mandolin, Derek Lane on Vocals and Bass, and Michael Malek on Banjo. Originally formed in Wilmington, NC late in 2017 around an opportunity to play in the band competition for the prestigious Telluride Bluegrass Festival, Into The Fog is quickly making a name for themselves throughout North Carolina and beyond. In November 2018 the band went up to a cabin outside of Waynesville, NC, and spent a week recording their debut album Wishin It Would Rain, which was released on February 22, 2019.

Items Allowed

  • Booth Amphitheatre prides itself on bringing a wide variety of events to Cary, NC!  What our guests are allowed to bring into each event varies from event to event.   Please review each event page before attending each event!

    Guests can bring the following items to this event:

  • 12" x 12" x 9" Clear bags & Clear Coolers only. All items must fit in clear bags/clear coolers of the allowed size.
  • Food
  • Non-Alcoholic beverages ONLY.
  • Lawn chairs:
    • Please remove the chair from the bag before the security checkpoint.
    • No footrest or canopy.
    • No lounge or tri-fold chairs.
  • Blankets & Towels
  • Small Clutch purses no larger than 4.5” x 6.5 “ 
  • Raincoats & Ponchos
  • Strollers
  • Umbrellas 
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Reusable bottles & Cups.  Water fill stations are available in the Cobblestone Courtyard.
  • Dogs on leashes are allowed for this event.

 

All small clutches, clear bags & clear coolers are subject to search.

Picnic in the Park: Pre-order food

 

Let us pack your picnic! Pre-order food through our Picnic in the Park and have it waiting for you at concessions when you arrive! 

Our virtual Café offers a variety of food items from Pizza HutLowes FoodsTaziki's Mediterranean Café, and Capriotti's Sandwich Shop.  

Please notice the cutoff time to order your food is 5 PM the day before the event.

Purchasing Tickets

We strongly encourage purchasing tickets online before the event.  Tickets may not be available on the day/night of the event.   

The Box Office is open for limited hours please check out the Box Office page for office hours.  Box Office hours will be open 30 minutes before gates open on the day of the event only.

Note: Tickets for Booth Amphitheatre events are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices include a 7.25% NC Sales & Use tax

Venue Policies

FACE COVERINGS:

Koka Booth Amphitheatre continues to make the safety of our guests and staff our highest priority.  We continuously monitor and update our protocols based on federal, state, and local guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19.  We also take into consideration the safety protocols and procedures requested by our visiting artists, promoters, and crews.   

Masks are not currently required in outdoor settings in Cary but are strongly encouraged in situations where social distancing is difficult to maintain.  Masks will be required when visiting the restroom facilities on-site, in accordance with local mandates for masking in indoor or enclosed spaces, so please bring your masks.

CLEAR BAR POLICY

Koka Booth Amphitheatre has enhanced its public safety policy to include a clear bag policy. Clear bags are easily searched and significantly reduce faulty bag searches. They also support the Department of Homeland Security's "If You See Something, Say Something" campaign. Our goal is to create a safe experience for all guests and staff.

RE-ENTRY

Re-Entry is allowed for this event. If you have a request for re-entry, contact an event staff supervisor at the gate prior to leaving.

CHILDREN

Children 12 & under are free on the lawn for this event.

Tickets are required for ALL AGES for the reserved seating areas when applicable even if they will sit on an adult lap.
