Event Information
Join Asian Focus for their 7th Annual event & spectacular ASIA FEST!
Event Hours: 10am - 5pm
Each year approximately 10,000 visitors come to the Asia Fest (aka the Greater Triangle Dragon Boat Festival) to experience nearly 100 exhibits and activities such as dragon boat races, cultural displays, games, health screenings, and stage performances. The festival also features a wide collection of ethnic foods and delicacies, where the brave and adventurous can sample unique street food by local chefs.
Asia Fest celebrates Asian culture, diversity, ethnicity, roots and history. Move to the beat of the drums! Participate in a team-building race or cheer on your favorite team during a full day of outdoor fun! A practice with coaching and equipment provided are included for each team registration. Asia Fest is held annually at the beautiful Koka Booth Amphitheatre and Symphony Lake in Cary, NC.

Asian Focus is a non-profit organization whose mission is to serve the underserved. Asian Focus hopes to achieve its goals by helping families overcome cultural and language barriers to better acclimate into US society. The organization is working to bridge the gaps of disparity for the community by focusing on service projects that yield immediate results, while also planting seeds of good will for future generations.
Additional Ticket Information
- Children 12 & under are free, no ticket needed.
- Seniors 65 + are free, no ticket needed.
- Ages 13 - 64 are $8.00*.
- Groups of 10 or more are $5.00* per ticket.
- Group tickets will not be available after September 15th, 2022.
Helpful Tips:
- We strongly encourage purchasing tickets online before the event. Tickets may not be available on the day of the event.
- Koka Booth Amphitheatre is a CASHLESS Venue.

- Taxes: Tickets for Booth Amphitheatre events are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices include a 7.25% NC Sales & Use tax
- *Fees: When ordering Online or by Phone through Etix additional fees will be added on top of the ticket price. A $2.50 order fee will be added to each order.
Group Tickets
- Groups of 10 or more are $5.00* per ticket.
- Purchase Options:
- Buy Online (Addtional Online Fees will be added).
- Buy in person at the Box office during normal business hours.
- Purchasing in person at the Box Office a 3% processing fee will be added to the ticket price.

Bag Policy
Koka Booth Amphitheatre has enhanced its public safety policy to include a clear bag policy. Clear bags are easily searched and significantly reduce faulty bag searches. They also support the Department of Homeland Security's "If You See Something, Say Something" campaign. Our goal is to create a safe experience for all guests and staff.
- Small clutch purse or wallet no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" (about the size of a hand).
- Clear bag that does not exceed 12" x12" x 9".

Items Allowed
We pride ourselves on bringing a wide variety of events to Cary, NC! What our guests are allowed to bring into each event varies from event to event.
Guests can bring the following items:
- 12" x 12" x 9" Clear bags only.
- All items must fit in clear bags.
- Small Clutch purses no larger than 4.5” x 6.5 “
- Plastic Factory sealed bottled water (1 per person)
- No glass/cans/flavored water
- Blankets & Towels
- Lawn chairs:
- No Footrest, Canopy, Lounge, Tri-Fold or Swinging Chairs.
- Please remove the chair from the bags at the security checkpoint.
- Raincoats & Ponchos
- Strollers
- Tablets
- Empty Reusable water bottles
- Water fill statins available in the Cobblestone Courtyard.
All allowed bags & coolers will be searched.
All patrons will walk through metal detectors.
Items Prohibited
Prohibited items MUST be returned to the guest's vehicle before entering.

- Weapons of Any Kind (Include but not limited to knives, guns, tasers, chains, mace, studded/spiked jewelry)
Parking Information
GENERAL PARKING: Parking is free of charge in the Amphitheatre-owned lots. Some local businesses may charge a fee for parking in their lots.
PREFERRED PARKING: A limited number of PREFERRED parking spaces are available for $20.00 in advance & on the day of the event (if available).
ACCESSIBLE PARKING: A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis with the proper hang tag or license plate.
DROP OFF & PICK-UP AREA: If using a taxi, Uber, etc please follow the signs & our Parking Staff to the drop-off/pick-up area.
BUSES: Please contact us if you have a large group arriving in a bus so we can accomodate bus parking in advance of arrival.
KBA IS A CASHLESS VENUE
Koka Booth Amphitheatre is a Cashless venue.
Credit & Debit cards will be accepted at all point of sale.
ATMs will not be on-site.
