Koka's TOP 10 Fabulous (and fun) reasons why you should attend the
NC Symphony Summerfest Series:
    10. While enjoying a Summerfest concert at Cary's Booth Amphitheatre you never have to worry about leg room. Blankets and lawn chairs are not only allowed, they are encouraged!

    9. While members of the Symphony may wear black tie apparel you don't have to. Shorts, t-shirts and comfortable sandals are approved attire for an evening under the stars. Flip Flops and Crocs are encouraged!

    8. No need to get a babysitter since all Summerfest events are family-friendly and children under 12 are FREE! Give your kids something to blog about.

    7. From summertime salads and fresh fruit to chicken wraps and dessert trays, Booth Amphitheatre can help pack your picnic for Summerfest. All you need to do is bring your appetite and visit www.BoothAmphitheatre.com for "Picnic in the Park" details. You can also bring your own food and drinks with you (but why waste your energy when the Amphitheatre can take care of you?). As with all natural settings please don't feed the performers.

    6. Only 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh and 20 minutes from North Hills and 20 minutes from Chapel Hill, Koka Booth Amphitheatre is easily accessible to all parts of the Triangle. 200 yards if you're a good swimmer and can make it across Symphony Lake.

    5. Nature provides the perfect setting and contributes to the outstanding acoustics of the North Carolina Symphony. We even have geese!

    4. A Summerfest Show at Booth Amphitheatre can make you look smarter to your friends. When you mention your experience around the water cooler on Monday morning the envy will be palpable.

    3. When you attend a Summerfest show you can help the North Carolina Food Bank Kids Summer Stock Program. Just bring 3 cans of food and receive a free Movies By Moonlight ticket! No Jokes Necessary.

    2. One of the Summerfest Shows is FREE - The 4th of July Independence Day and Fireworks Celebration. By "Free" we mean tickets are not needed so you'll have extra money to spend on a specialty concession item at Booth Amphitheatre.

    1. Contrary to popular belief, music knowledge is NOT required but knowing how to have a good time is! Start Bach'n and Keep Rock'n!
