BOX OFFICE
Booth Amphitheatre Box Office is located at the venue at 8003 Regency Parkway, Cary, NC 27518. Check our Directions page for more details.

Tickets can be purchased in person only from the Amphitheatre box office during normal business hours Tuesday-Friday 12:00pm-6:00pm (closed Mondays). The Box Office does NOT accept phone orders, although you may call the Box Office with any venue or event questions at 919-462-2052.

The Box Office accepts Cash, MasterCard, Visa & American Express. We do not accept checks.

Tickets may be purchased by phone or online using Ticketmaster's charge-by-phone service (919-834-4000) or Ticketmaster's online service, and in person at approved Ticketmaster outlets. Additional service charges & handling fees may be added.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:
Cash, MasterCard, Visa, & American Express. Sorry, we do not accept checks.

The cheapest way to buy tickets for Booth Amphitheatre events is by paying cash at the Box Office.

REFUNDS or EXCHANGES
All tickets are non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for a different event or seating location etc.

In the event of a cancelled event, refunds will be given at the point of purchase only. Original tickets and original method of payment must be presented at the Box Office or TM outlets in order to receive a refund.

CHILDREN
Kids 2 & under are free for all events.

For some events such as Movie by Moonlight & NC Symphony Summerfest, kids 12 & under are free on the lawn.

SEATING
Booth Amphitheatre's seating capacity is approximately 7,000 & offers a variety of seating locations for all events. We offer 2 types of concert set-ups.

RESERVED SEATING SET-UP: For most concerts we offer 1,000 Reserved seats closest to the stage, these seats are not covered and the venue provides folding chairs in this seating area.

Our spacious lawn is located directly behind the reserved seating area and is general admission (Patrons may choose their own seating on the designated lawn area to sit); patrons are allowed to bring in a lawn chair or blanket with them.

Lawn chair are also available to rent next to guest service for $5.00 per chair (cash only, not available for Movies by Moonlight series)

Our reserved table seating is located on the crescent deck (elevated, located behind the lawn) this area is covered and wait service is available in this area for a majority of events. Tables and chairs are provided by the venue.

GENERAL ADMISSION SET-UP: Events such as the NC Symphony Summerfest series offer general admission seating. Only the Crescent Deck table seats are reserved for ticket holders.

Please note: Booth Amphitheatre does have video screens; however it is the artist decision to have these available during events.

GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
Booth Amphitheatre is completely wheelchair accessible, offers special seating areas, assisted listening devices, and interpreters' services if needed. Visit our Accessibility page for more details.

WILL CALL
Tickets purchased over the phone or online within 2 weeks of the event will be left at Will Call located at the Amphitheatre Box Office. Tickets left at Will Call may only be picked up the day of the event, 1 hour before the gates open for the event. Customers MUST bring a valid photo I.D. to pick up Will Call tickets. If tickets were purchased through Ticketmaster, the credit card used to purchase the tickets and the Ticketmaster Confirmation Number must also be presented to pick up tickets.

For the protection of the ticket purchaser, the name on the tickets must match the person picking up the tickets. To add or change the Will Call name the original purchaser must call Ticketmaster at 919-834-4000 and ask for customer service if the tickets were purchased online or over the phone.

PARKING LOTS
Our parking Lots usually open 2 hours prior to show time. Parking is located adjacent to the Amphitheatre and is free of charge.

Preferred parking is available for select events and provides parking across from the main gate for a fee of $10. Spaces are limited! You may view a map of the available parking areas by clicking here.

Please note: Booth Amphitheatre does not encourage tailgating, if you choose to do so we ask patrons to keep our parking lots clean. Grilling or open flame of any kind is NOT ALLOWED in side or outside the venue.

VENUE GATES
Venue gates usually open one hour prior to show time. There are 3 gates at Booth Amphitheatre, for most events we open the main gate located next to the Box office and the VIP gate located in our VIP parking lot. For some events we may also open the Lake Gate located to the left of our VIP gate on the lake path. (Click here for a venue site map). RE-ENTRY
Re-Entry is not allowed for events unless otherwise noted on the schedule page.

ITEMS ALLOWED
Patrons are allowed to bring, lawn chairs, blankets, and 1 bottle of factory sealed water (any size) to any event we have. All bags, purses, backpacks etc. are subject to search before entering the venue. SMALL umbrellas are allowed, although we strongly encourage rain coats or ponchos instead of umbrellas.

CONCERTS & FESTIVALS
Outside food & beverages are NOT allowed to regular concert events (with the exception of 1 bottle of factory sealed water as stated above), however, guests may pre-order dinner from our Picnic in the Park Program and pick it up upon arrival at the venue. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of the event. For more information visit the picnic in the park page of the website. Our concession stands are also open for most events and a list of items can also be found on the Amphitheatres website.

NC SYMPHONY SUMMERFEST SERIES & MOVIES BY MOONLIGHT SERIES
Coolers, outside food & beverages (including beer & wine)ARE ONLY allowed to the NC Symphony Summerfest series and our Movies by Moonlight outdoor film series.

CAMERAS / RECORDERS
A majority of our events do not allow cameras, audio, or video recording at the performer's request. Some artists will allow small non-professional camera's (instamatics with no flash or the ability to turn off flash); please check the specific event page or call ahead for our camera policy for the event you are attending.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
For the safety of all our patrons, weapons of any kind are not allowed. All patrons and bags are subject to search before entering Booth Amphitheatre.

Pets: Pets are not allowed, unless service animals are required.

WEATHER
All events are Rain or Shine. We offer no refunds or exchanges. While we prefer you bring a rain coat or poncho, small umbrellas are allowed. In the event of severe weather conditions (thunder/lightning etc) announcements will be made from the stage concerning the status of the event due to the weather & offering patrons the option to return to their cars and wait out the storm.

Exception: Our Movies by Moonlight outdoor film series is weather dependent, you may call ahead to our Box Office at 919-462-2052 after 4:00pm or check our website for cancellation information. Rain checks, not refunds will be given in the event of inclement weather occurring during movies.

LOST TICKETS
Booth Amphitheatre considers tickets to be just like cash. If your tickets have been lost we encourage patrons to inform the Box office as soon as possible and to keep looking! There is NO guarantee we will be able to assist you in replacing your lost tickets, although we will do our best within reason to remedy the situation.

Tickets purchased at the Box office with cash.

  1. CANNOT be replaced.
Tickets purchased at the Box office paid for with a credit card:
  1. Patrons must know the date and approximate time of the original purchase.
  2. Patrons must also bring the credit card & valid photo I.D. used to purchase the tickets
  3. If possible patrons should bring the original receipt
STOLEN TICKETS
Booth Amphitheatre considers tickets to be just like cash. A police report must be filed if tickets have been stolen. There is NO guarantee we will be able to assist you in replacing your stolen tickets, although we will do our best within reason to remedy the situation.
  1. Patrons must bring a copy of the police report to the Box Office, along with the credit card & photo I.D. used to purchase your tickets.
  2. You must know the date and approximate time of the original ticket purchase.
  3. If cash was used to purchase the tickets bring the police report & photo I.D.
LOST & FOUND
Lost and Found is located at the Amphitheatre box office (next to the main gate). All items are kept on hand for 30 days. Contact the box office staff directly at 919-462-2052 for details regarding lost items. Patrons who find items during an event are asked to drop the item off with Guest Services, event staff members at any gate or at the Box office.

ATM
We have ATMs located inside the venue on the Crescent Deck and Upper Concession plaza for your convenience. American Express, Discover, Master Card, & Visa are accepted at all of our concession windows.

MEDICAL SERVICES
Specially trained medical service providers are on-site for all events to handle medical emergencies.

GUEST SERVICES Guest Services is located to the right of the stage and can be visited for venue information, special giveaways and lost & found.

2008 VIP Passes Are Now Available! Get Yours Today! Cary’s Booth Amphitheatre at Regency Park is one of the region’s premier outdoor concert and entertainment venues! What many people don’t realize is that access to this pristine and unique setting featuring outdoor concerts, festivals and movie nights is available as a season package.

A 2008 Booth Amphitheatre VIP Pass will afford you the opportunity to attend a variety of events between the months of April and October (over 35 events in 2007) all while receiving the VIP treatment you deserve!

For just $550 per person you will receive a VIP Lawn Pass granting you access to all events. VIP Parking and access to the VIP Café are also part of the package.
